Yes. We arrive with everything needed for a great clean. If you would rather we use specific products, just let us know.

What areas do you cover?

London, Ontario and the surrounding towns. If you are nearby and not certain, ask and we will let you know.

How do I get a quote, and how fast will I hear back?

Fill out the quote form, or text or call. We reply within 24 hours.

Do you do one-time cleans or only recurring?

Both. We do one-time deep cleans and move in or out cleans, as well as weekly or bi-weekly visits.

When are you available?

Weekends or by appointment. Tell us what works for you and we will do our best to fit you in.

519 Sparkle Cleaning Co. ("we", "us") provides residential and commercial cleaning in London, Ontario and the surrounding area. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We only collect what you choose to give us through our quote request form:

Your email address, if you provide one
The service you are interested in
Your address or the area to be cleaned, if you provide it

You do not need to create an account, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

We use your information only to:

Respond to your quote request and contact you about it
Arrange and provide the cleaning service you ask about
Keep a record of your request for our own follow-up

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who can see it

Your information is handled by our team and by a small number of trusted service providers that help us operate, used only to deliver the service:

A website host that runs this site
A secure database that stores your request
An email service that delivers your request to our team
A messaging tool that alerts the owner of a new request

These providers process the information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. Some may store data outside Canada.

How long we keep it

We keep your request for as long as we need it to respond and serve you, and for a reasonable period afterward for our records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
